Free the Eel is a campaign lead by of a group of non-profit organizations fighting to save Eel River. With the eel being an important symbol of the campaign, it was essential to have it featured in the logo as a central image. With a bold and hand-drawn styled font, we interweaved the eel and created a logo that evoked the feeling of a grassroots campaign eager to make a positive environmental impact.
